Manu Om belongs to the schools and movement Happy Yoga. His mother, Isabel Solana introduced him to the yoga practice when he was a teenager. The kundalini yoga mantras have been present in his life cultivating and irrigating a deep love bond with the Sikh Dharma for the last 20 years.
All the works by Manu Om answer to Love´s calling, a flame lit up when he first met his master, Sri sri Bhagavan. His will to share his chanting and Dharma has remained untouched since that moment.
Mantra is one of the most ancient and effective paths in yoga practice. Yogi Bhajan used to say: “when you chant mantras, you are meditating too”.
A mantra is a medicine which involves a deep philosophical concept. Its reciting wakes up the vibration inside the mantra´s words, stored by millions of reciters throughout centuries.
Its pronunciation stimulates the endocrine system, thus bringing about healing processes which were held back. Its constant repetition prevents the mind from drifting neurotically. When we chant a mantra, the beauty of its melody makes us slit open ourselves to the spiritual experience.

We believe that Manu Om CDs are a very good advertising medium for these kinds of companies.
It helps us very much if you share this project with people and/or collectives which you think could be interested.
As in previous Manu Om projects, the money will be used for recording, editing and mastering, as well as for financing the musician’s caches.
