What is Les Aventures de Mr. Jules?

Les Aventures de Mr. Jules (The Adventures of Mr. Jules) is Spanish Brass’ newest CD project for brass quintet and piano, with the collaboration of prestigious pianist Albert Guinovart.

This recording is based on the piece of the same name by Albert Guinovart, resident composer of the Spanish Brass Alzira Festival 2011.

The CD will also include Brass Quintet Concerto, composed in 2014 by Salvador Brotons, resident composer of the SBALZ that year, and the piece Sexteto en tres movimentos, by composers Francisco José Valero-Castells and Andrés Valero-Castells, from 1993.
