Coffe Break with Ameliers, will be the first youtube channel in the world to talk about the restaurant room, the great forgotten and responsible for the future of haute cuisine.

As a result of this pandemic, the hotel and catering sector has realised the great importance of the restaurant staff. How important it is, that someone, takes care of you well and is able to love you even if you can't see their smile.

This channel seeks to create a space where we can deal with issues of gastronomy, especially about the dining room and the evolution we are experiencing there.

It seeks to bring together experts and talents, to give them the possibility to speak directly. In addition to inspiring all the lovers of the hotel business.

Anyone who wants to be part of the project will be rewarded:

Who we are

**Bayadere was born two years ago at Mondragon University, in the degree of Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, seeking to give light and visibility to a wonderful and highly dignified profession that has sometimes been devalued.

We are a team of four young lovers of the sector who intend to support and work for gastronomic evolution.

What we will use your contributions for

The contributions received will be used to create, design and edit content for the new Youtube and Podcast channels. This content will be made available to the entire gastronomy community with the aim of inspiring, enlightening and motivating a sector and a job that has been devastated by the Covid-19 crisis.

Schedule

The interviews will be recorded every Monday from January and will be uploaded to the Youtube and Podcast channels every Thursday.

Once the crowfunding campaign has been completed, all participants will receive their physical reward within a maximum of 20 days. All participants with gourmet reward will receive a call within maximum 7 days after the end of the campaign and the destination and desired date will be closed personally.
