Brindis is the first music video by Jerez, Spain based singer-songwriter Sara Rubicubi.
Why support the project?
We live in an era when social media, despite allowing us to share our message with the whole world, leads us to constantly compare ourselves with people who seem to achieve more than we do. Brindis is about that: the desire that artists (or anyone, really) have to feel that their effort is not in vain, that someone cares and that they will be remembered.
If you want to become a patron and ensure that this project does not fall into oblivion, please support it.
Need more reasons?
If an idea as universal as that is not enough to convince you, probably one of these more specific ones will be.
Dark song with elements of techno and rock music.
Music video recorded in Jerez de la Frontera (Spain) showing its different cultural elements.
Lyrical reference to a Mike Shinoda quote in Nobody's Listening by Linkin Park.
Music video with choreography and a dance group.
Visual reference to Berserk.
If, thanks to the patrons, the budget allows us: a horse.
What will you get in return?
In addition to the satisfaction of making the project of an emerging singer a reality, your name will appear in the "special thanks" of the music video because it'll be thanks to you that it exists.
In addition to that, if you increase your contribution amount you will be able to obtain:
A sticker.
A photocard.
A coaster.
A 24 pages long photobook.
A physical copy of the single (CD).
A totebag.
The team
The song has been composed and performed by Sara Rubicubi.
The song has been produced by Javi Offsense.
The production, direction and camera work will be carried out by the IntruSOS collective. This group, made up of Film and Media graduates from the Carlos III University, has previously made music videos such as If You Could Fall In Love With Me or The Third Eye Club.
The lettering and logo will be done by Paula Bosch of said group.
Tesera will take care of the art direction and photography. This fashion photographer has previously directed the music video for the song Connected.
The choreography will be brought to you by Fever. This dance group made up of four dancers from Jerez has previously participated in other music videos, events and championships, both individually and groupally.
What will we do with your contributions?
The money from the contributions will be used to finance the transport and accommodation of the team, which come from different parts of Spain, as well as the payment of the filming day (because we know that artists cannot live on unpaid work).
Also to the rent of the locations, the salary of the dance team and the styling for them. Of course, the diets of both the filming crew and the dancers will also be included.
Planned schedule
If everything goes as planned, the video should be released at the latest at the end of June 2022.
In the same way, the rewards to the patrons would be sent at the latest on August 31, 2022.
